The Soundscape iBox range provides an extensive choice of audio format conversion solutions for Soundscape DAW’s.
From the simplest 2-channel Analog/TDIF unit to the top-of-the-range, 64-channel, multi-format iBox units, with MADI and balanced analog I/O.
Versions with ADAT and AES-EBU are also available, as well as Mic-Pre’s to use the Soundscape DAW as a replacement full Mixing Desk.
The iBoxes can be also used standalone for bidirectional format conversion based on TDIF I/O.
On specifications alone, the iBox range would be a winner. Yet we, at Sydec, believe that sonic accuracy is a non-negotiable core value. The iBox range reflects the uncompromising standards we have always maintained for the whole Soundscape product line. Your ears will know the difference!
Where are all the big iBoxes and Mixpander bundles?
The iBox 48/64 model line with AES and ADAT is discontinued.
Successor Products with a brand-new AD/DA infrastructure are now available from Solid-State-Logic with the XLogic Alpha-Link product Line.
The successor product of the iBox MADI²-HD² is available from SSL under the product name XLogic Delta-Link.
The Mixpander PCI Card, providing PC I/O and 0 latency mixing in combination with Alpha-Link, is now also available on the SSL Website.
