VST Plug-in disclaimer
The Soundscape Editor’s VST support functionality has been implemented with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, due to the reliance of VST plug ins on native PC hardware and the wide variations between individual PC hardware and software configurations, Sydec Audio Engineering cannot accept any responsibility for the performance or stability of any particular VST plug in on any particular system.
Please note that when VST plug ins are presented as having been tested with Soundscape, this means that they have been “successfully used” on a limited number of test systems. “Successfully used” means that no major problem has been detected at the time that could significantly compromise the overall stability of the system. It does not imply that every feature of any particular VST plug in has been tested in detail.
The Sydec Audio Engineering team will be happy to read user reports and comments about the performance and compatibility of various plug ins. However, please note that support issues regarding individual VST plug ins should be raised with the developers of these plug ins.
For the highest level of stability, efficiency and sonic quality, Sydec Audio Engineering continues to recommend Soundscape format DSP powered plug ins.
